Come out and join us for some fun and flying!

Bob and I had a semi-great afternoon of flying. The weather was beautiful, clear, calm, even a little too warm.  He flew both his tan coloured and his yellow flex winged 0.25 sized planes. He has both them flying well.
Bruce Duncan and Ron Belcourt of the VGMC made their first visit to Clayburn, unfortunately not to fly. They have the unenviable task of "distributing" at least some of Glenn Little's amassed assets due to a recent health issue.
Henry and Izzy arrived while Bruce and Ron were there. Henry will have some of the items with him at the Pitt Meadows Open House/Air Show on Sunday.
While Bob was readying his "Mr. Not R/C" for a flight Henry flew my Elec-Tric-A. Then - I know that today was the final game of the World Cup, BUT, the goal post did not need to jump out and grab the outboard tip! The plane wasn't going to score! As strange as it may seem, the plane flew nearly as well without the last 6" and the outboard tip weight of the wing. Fortunately it is a "take apart" plane and the wing is the only damaged area. Spell REBUILD!

We ended the day on that note around 3:00 during the heat of the day.
