Bob and I had a great afternoon of flying yesterday, Sunday, now that the field is in good condition. Unfortunately we were the only ones there (except for the church group's picnic). Got Bob to fly my Elec-Tric-A for his input toward the next generation. He seemed to like it and "Wouldn't change a thing". Well I would and am - nearly everything!  Bob also flew his yellow plane and his Ringmaster.  The Ringer is flying very well and I am trying to convince him to fly it in the club's MAAC Novice Pattern Stunt Contest, whenever that happens.

Come out and join us for some fun and flying!

The field is bare - I mean REALY BARE!!  But you may want to bring grass rakes.  The City did a good job of getting the grass short.

The wheels on the Elec-Tric-A are easily visible.

Henry's MAAC Novice Pattern Stunt Contest has been prosponed to July 06 and relocated to Rice Mill Road.

The MAAC Beginner's Pattern is:

1. Takeoff and Level Flight.
2. Wingover (not reverse).
3. Three Inside Loops (recover inverted).
4. Two Laps Inverted Flight (remain inverted).
5. Three Outside Loops (recover right side up – outside loops are to be entered from an inverted position).
6. Inside Square Loop (one).
7. Two Horizontal Eights.
8. Two Vertical Eights.
9. Two Overhead Eights.
10. Landing.
